The ANRS MIE Coordinated Action (AC) 41 “Host-HIV interactions, basic and translational research” is renewing its Work in progress (WIP) meeting for the 5th consecutive year. This meeting will be held in person only, on the 2nd of May in Paris.This annual meeting brings torgether the fundamental and translational HIV research community to discuss and highlight work in progress (ongoing projects, unpublished and submitted studies) and in particular studies undertaken by young researchers.All work in the field of HIV virology, immunology, vaccinology, pathogenesis, inflammation, co-infections and treatment may be presented, after submission and selection of an abstract. No specific theme will be given priority. Presentations will be encouraged in English, but may be given in French if preferred. The meeting will also be an opportunity to award the two Dominique Dormont thesis prizes, jointly organised by the ANRS MIE AC41 and the Société Française de Virologie. The awards ceremony will include a short presentation of the winning thesis work. We look forward to seeing many of you at this first AC41 event of 2024!
